6 Days 5 Nights: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville
Day 1: Siem Reap
Our local English speaking guide will meet you at the Siem Reap International Airport and bring you to your hotel for check-in. Lunch is served at the hotel. Tour starts in the afternoon. You will explore the local market and then proceed on a boat ride to the floating and fishing village in Mechrey on the Tonle Sap just in time to catch the sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 2: Siem Reap
Morning itinerary includes the southern gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, and the Elephant and Leper King Terraces. Lunch is served at a city restaurant. Proceed to Angkor Wat in the afternoon, the climb Bakheng Hill after exploring the World Heritage Site to watch the sunset overlooking the temples. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 3: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh
Flight to Phnom Penh in the morning. Our local English speaking guide will meet you at the Phnom Penh International Airport and bring you to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, you will visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, National Museum, Independence Monument and Wat Phnom. Enjoy a boat dinner on Chaktomouk River where the Mekong, Tonle Sap and Tonle Bassac meet. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 4: Phom Penh - Sihanoukville
Morning itinerary includes Toul Sleng Genocide Museum, a school which was turned into a prison by the Khmer Rouge during their regime; Choeung Ek Killing Fields, where the Khmer Rouge executed about 17,000 people, and the Russian Market to shop for souvenirs. Lunch is served at a city restaurant. Transit to Sihanoukville will start after lunch. Hotel check-in upon arrival. Dinner is on your own arrangement. Overnight in Sihanoukville.
Day 5: Sihanoukville
Free and easy. Options: snorkeling, massage on the beach, swimming, excursion to ream national park.
Day 6: Sihanoukville – Phnom Penh
Head back to Phnom Penh for departure
